1) Discount combination rules

Unless explicitly stated, offers, discount codes, tiered discounts, bundles, clearance pricing, and brand promotions cannot be combined.
If multiple promotions are available, the system may apply the best eligible offer automatically.

2) Eligibility and exclusions

Promotions may be limited by:

• specific products, brands, collections, or categories

• minimum spend thresholds

• time windows and usage limits

• customer eligibility (e.g., new customer offers)

• excluded items (e.g., clearance, already discounted, near-expiry)

3) Tiered offers (Spend & Save)

Tiered discounts apply only when eligible items meet the stated minimum spend. Products that are already discounted, clearance items, and excluded brands/items may not qualify.

4) Bundle offers

Bundle discounts apply only when customers add the required eligible items/categories. Bundle discounts may exclude clearance/discounted products and are generally not combinable.

5) Pricing accuracy

We work hard to ensure accurate pricing. If a product is listed incorrectly due to a pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6) Free shipping promotions

Free shipping thresholds and terms may change. The applicable rule is always what is shown at checkout when you place the order.
