Because we sell supplements and consumable products, we follow a safety-first return policy.
Returns (15 days)
You may request a return within 15 days from the date your order is delivered, subject to the eligibility criteria below.
Return eligibility (unopened only)
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened, unused, and unconsumed
- In original packaging
- With seals intact (where applicable)
- In a resalable condition (not damaged due to customer handling)
Non-returnable items (supplement safety)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Any opened supplements or consumables
- Items with broken seals, missing labels, or altered packaging
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery (for example, heat or humidity exposure)
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Clearance, near-expiry, or final sale products (see below)
Clearance / Near-expiry items (Final Sale)
Products marked as Clearance, Near-Expiry, or Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in exceptional cases such as:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The item has a verified issue attributable to delivery or handling before it reached you
If you face any such issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photos.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the outer parcel, inner packaging, and product(s)
- Photos of the batch/expiry label (if relevant)
After verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.
How to request a return
Email our support team with your:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
If approved, we will share the return instructions.
Return to warehouse requirement
For eligible return or refund requests, the item may need to be returned to our warehouse in accordance with the instructions shared by our support team. Where a return is required, the refund, replacement, or store credit will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by us.
In certain cases, we may provide a resolution without requiring the item to be returned, depending on the nature of the issue.
Return shipping fees
If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return arrangement or provide an appropriate resolution.
If the return is due to change of mind for eligible items only, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, where applicable. Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider, but on average, it takes 5 business days.
